Nov. 6, 2004 (EIRNS)—On Nov. 11, Lyndon LaRouche will hold a webcast videoconference entitled "The Issue Is the Sovereign States of the Americas," with Argentina's National Technological University (UTN). It will be transmitted simultaneously at six universities—five of them in Argentina and one in Peru (at the University of Callao). Students at the UTN campuses in the cities of Rosario, Cordoba, and Buenos Aires will be able to view the conference, as well as at the National University of Comahue in Neuquen, and the Lomas de Zamora University in the province of Buenos Aires. In Peru, the conference at the University of Callao will constitute the closing session of the anniversary week celebrating the founding of the university's Business Administration School, and the program for the event, including the featured LaRouche speech, has begun to circulate.
