Suggestions of that kind will fail, almost inevitably, because of what they do not say: You can not heal what you have killed; you can not fix what you have already destroyed.” The only solution, LaRouche shows, is to move immediately to save vital productive capacities, such as General Motors, and then move to reorganize the bankrupt global financial-monetary system.
