Greetings From Kansas

This is the edited transcription of a live report from the State Convention of the Kansas Cattlemen’s Association by Robert Baker to Panel 2, “The Science of Physical Economy,” of the Schiller Institute’s Nov. 13-14 Conference, “All Moral Resources of Humanity Have To Be Called Up: Mankind Must Be the Immortal Species.” Mr. Baker is agriculture advisor to the Schiller Institute.

Hello! I’m Bob Baker, with the Schiller Institute. I’m in Kansas, at the Kansas Cattleman’s Association state convention.

Kansas is one of the largest producers of beef and wheat in the world. We are joining together with food producers around the world to stop hunger. We have in effect a resolution to restore the Glass-Steagall Act for bank re-regulation. And I would like you to hear greetings from the President and Vice President of the Kansas Cattlemen’s Association to your conference.

I’m Riley Robbins. I’m the current President of the Kansas Cattlemen’s Association, fighting for the independent cattle producers. I appreciate what you guys are doing and wish you guys a good conference.

I’m John Ney, the Vice President of the Kansas Cattlemen’s Association. I’m from Dodge City, Kansas. I send my greetings to you at the Schiller Institute, and hope you have a great conference.
