The Ukrainian Military Is Indeed Riddled with Nazis
The surrender of the Azov Regiment and other Ukrainian military to Russian Armed Forces at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol has blown up the big lie that Kiev’s government is a great democracy, or that it doesn’t have a Nazi problem. In videos posted by RT and Novosti, the western media’s celebrated “freedom fighters” of the Azov Regiment have now shown their true Nazi allegiance.
RT and Novosti videos from May 21 show the surrendered soldiers displaying without shame the tattoos of their Nazi heroes. RT’s embedded reporter in Mariupol describes the “fetishism” with Nazi paraphernalia, even SS uniforms from the 1940s, 1940s photos showing the SS death’s head, and then their own tattoos of the same.
Some of these “heroes,” as the butcher of Iraq, George W. Bush, calls them, are adorned head to toe with likenesses of Hitler and Stepan Bandera, as well as the swastika and the Sonnenrad. Virtually all of the United States Congress and all of the officials of the Biden-Harris Presidency honor the Nazis of Ukraine as heroes, and loudly denounce reports of Nazism as “Russian propaganda.”
Serbia, Hungary, UN Say: Quarter of World on Verge of Running Out of Food
“If something does not change in the conflict in Eastern Europe, almost a quarter of the world will be in need of basic quantities of food, which will create new problems.”
So said Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić May 21 during a speech at the 89th International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, which brought together exhibitors from 21 countries.
The United Nations has issued a similar warning that up to 1.7 billion people could be facing hunger this year.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, also speaking at the opening session, agreed with Vučić’s warning, adding that there is “galloping inflation, rising prices, famine is breaking out in many parts of the world, and we have a war in Ukraine.” Both Orbán and Vučić have refused to go along with the EU killer sanctions against Russia, describing them as suicidal and ill-conceived. Orbán stated: “Hungary did not impose sanctions against Russia which are equal to the nuclear bomb.” He said the sanctions could potentially lead to a situation where Hungary would not “be able to feed our people.”
Zelenskyy Demands West Steal Russian Assets To Give Them to Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy used his Friday night video message on May 20 to demand that Western nations set up a formal mechanism for appropriating Russian assets abroad (like the $300+ billion in Russian foreign reserves held in foreign banks) and handing them over to his government for “reparations” and “reconstruction”:
“We invite partner countries to sign a multilateral agreement and create a mechanism ensuring that everybody who suffered from Russian actions can receive compensation for all losses incurred.”
In nations that sign such a deal, Russian funds and property would be confiscated before being directed to the special compensation fund.
While U.S. authorities are still working out legal acrobatics to be able to justify such overt piracy, the Canadian government is feeling no such constraints. Foreign Minister Melanie Joly said April 26 the Canadian government will change its sanctions law to allow for seized and sanctioned foreign assets to be redistributed as compensation to victims or to help in rebuilding a foreign state from war.
Russia Prepares Evidence on U.S. Bio-Chemical Weapons Labs in Ukraine
In New York, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, told the UN Security Council on May 13, as reported by TASS, that Russia intends to submit materials for conducting an investigation into U.S. military biological activities in Ukraine, as part of international agreements:
“We have already built up a significant amount of material directly pointing to a violation by the U.S. of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. We continue to collect and analyze these materials.”
Nebenzia went on:
“Given that the U.S. refuses any constructive discussion on this topic, we plan to submit evidence to the UNSC to initiate an investigation…. We hope that this will make it possible to permanently stop military biological activities that threaten international peace and security, and hold the perpetrators accountable.”
Soros at Davos: No Time for an Endless War, Finish Putin Off Now
Speaking at the World Economic Forum 2022 in Davos, billionaire George Soros explained that carbonization is still the overriding enemy, and that the world cannot afford to drag out the conflict with Russia in Ukraine. Putin must therefore be defeated immediately, so as to get back to the necessary decarbonization war:
“While the war rages, the fight against climate change has to take second place. Yet the experts tell us that we have already fallen far behind, and climate change is on the verge of becoming irreversible. That could be the end of our civilization. Therefore, we must mobilize all our resources to bring the war to an early end. The best and perhaps only way to preserve our civilization is to defeat Putin as soon as possible. That’s the bottom line.”
This could be characterized as: “Nuke Russia to save the planet!”
After pontificating on the “failures” of Putin and Xi Jinping, Soros goes on to lament that these “horrible dictators” are somehow getting ahead:
“Repressive regimes are now in the ascendant and open societies are under siege. Today China and Russia present the greatest threat to open society.”
Patrushev Describes Anglo-American Elites’ Devotion to ‘Golden Billion’
The Anglo-American elites “push ahead with the ‘golden billion’ doctrine, which implies that only a select few are entitled to prosperity in this world,” said the Secretary of Russia’s Security Council, Nikolay Patrushev, in an interview published May 24 in Argumenty I Fakty, the largest and most popular weekly newspaper in Russia. From the standpoint of the “Anglo-Saxon world, the plight of everybody else is to toil away for the sake of their well-being,” Patrushev said.
“The Anglo-Saxons’ style has not changed for centuries. These days, too, they keep dictating their conditions to the world, arrogantly ignoring the sovereign rights of countries. While hiding their actions behind the rhetoric of human rights, freedom and democracy.... the City of London and Wall Street, the governments of the United States and England, controlled by major finance, are creating an economic crisis in the world, dooming millions of people in Africa, Asia and Latin America to starvation, limiting their access to grain, fertilizers and energy resources, [and are] provoking unemployment and a migration catastrophe in Europe.... To make this region easily governable, they have forced the Europeans to take a seat on a two-legged NATO-EU chair and are now arrogantly watching them try to retain balance.”
Former Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi Attacks Biden and NATO
At a recent event in Northern Italy of his Forza Italia party, former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi denounced European leaders:
“We have no leaders in the world, we have no leaders in Europe. A world leader who should have met Putin at the mediation table, instead called him a war criminal and said he should leave the Russian government and go to jail.”
“Another [ostensible leader], NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, said that Ukraine will never again be under Russia and that even the independence of the two Donbass republics will never be accepted. Understand that with such premises, Mr. Putin is far from sitting at a negotiating table.”
“[Italy is at war in Ukraine] because we send them weapons. Now, after light weapons, they told me that we are sending them tanks and heavy cannons—forget it. What does all this mean? That we will have a strong backlash from sanctions on our economy; growth has already stopped, and we will have a drop in GDP.”
Putin Calls for Strategy To Develop a ‘Greater Eurasian Partnership’
“It is time to draft a comprehensive strategy for developing large-scale Eurasian partnership,” conceived as a “civilizational project” which can secure stability and prosperity from one end to the other of this continent, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to the plenary session of the Eurasian Economic Forum May 26. He pointed to the expressed interest of BRICS members such as China and India, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, ASEAN, and others, in creating a Greater Eurasian Partnership with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Putin dismissed any idea that Eurasian integration is a reaction to Western sanctions. Rather, he said, it arose from the recognition years ago that the center of world economic development is shifting towards the Asia-Pacific region. It offers a broader vision:
“Greater Eurasia is a big civilizational project. The main idea is to create a common space for equitable cooperation for regional organizations. The Greater Eurasian Partnership is designed to change the political and economic architecture and guarantee stability and prosperity on the entire continent—naturally, taking account of the diverse development models, cultures and traditions of all nations.”
