LaRouche: Obama's Health Bill
Is Unconstitutional Attack by British

Dec. 28, 2009 (EIRNS)—The health care bill passed by the U.S. Senate on Dec. 24 "is implicitly an attack on the United States by the British government," charged Lyndon LaRouche yesterday. LaRouche was specifically referencing a provision in the bill which forbids any future changes in it. Such a provision "has all the paw-marks" of the British operation against Europe, contained in the Lisbon Treaty, LaRouche added. Even Hitler only declared himself dictator for life.

The specific section LaRouche was referencing is Sec. 3403, the section concerning the set-up of an Independent Medicare Advisory Board (IMAB) with dictatorial powers to slash healthcare costs and deny treatments. The section reads: "It shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection."

The same treasonous, unconstitutional intent is expressed in numerous other sections of the bill. At least 14 different sections contain limitations on appeal, especially on cost-cutting provisions such as those requiring "comparative-effectivenss research," "evidence-based medicine," "quality outcomes," and other euphemisms for implementation of the Nazi proscription against "lives unworthy of life."

LaRouche stressed the fact that these provisions have been adopted under the influence of, and with the connivance of, a foreign power, specifically Great Britain. Leading British spokesmen, from Obama buddy Tony Blair (initiator of the Hitlerian NICE system in Britain) on down, have closely collaborated in framing the bill. And the City of London's leading mouthpieces, including the Financial Times and The Economist, have campaigned hard for the Hitler-modelled bill. The Dec. 24 Economist praised the Senate's action as "the most consequential vote in the Senate for more than 40 years."

"That really identifies the authorship," LaRouche commented. "So it has to be terated as an act of aggression against the Constitutional of the Nation. We have got to unleah the popular revolt against this fundamental British assault against the United States. The very survival of the United States now depends on defeating this 'American Lisbon Treaty.' "
