PRESS RELEASE
Watch for LaRouche Youth
Congressional Campaigns
To Shape National Agenda
Jan. 4, 2010 (EIRNS)—As of Jan. 1, two of the three flagship campaigns of the LaRouche Movement have set up websites, and begun active campaigning for the LaRouche plan to save the nation. Kesha Rogers has filed her petitions to run as the Democratic candidate against Republican incumbent Pete Olson in Texas's 22nd Congressional District, and she has already launched a website, at KeshaforCongress.com, with an emphasis on reviving the space program. Rachel Brown is actively campaigning in the Democratic primary campaign against Massachusetts Democrat Rep. Barney Frank, and has launched her website as rachelforcongress.com. Already announced, but not yet on the web, is Summer Shields, who will challenge Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi for her San Francisco, Calif. seat.
These three LaRouche youth movement veterans are currently planning a kickoff press conference in Washington, D.C., scheduled for Jan. 12 in the Holeman Lounge of the National Press Club. Sponsored by the LaRouche Political Action Committee, the press conference is entitled "LaRouche PAC Introduces Democratic Congressional Insurgency."
