LAROUCHE PAC'S LATEST NAWAPA VIDEO:
Building the Supply Lines
Which Will Feed Development
to the Bering Strait
Sept. 28, 2010 (EIRNS)—In a concise 23-minute video, the latest LaRouche PAC video on the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) sketches out the "Continental Implications" of this massive water project, with a major emphasis on railroad lines that will ultimately link up Alaska with Russia, through the Bering Strait.
While situating the entire project within the larger mission, of preparing man for ultimately conquering and colonizing Mars, the video focuses primarily on what needs to be done on the transportation network of the U.S. and Canada, in order to move the tons of materials, and people, necessary to carry out the project. In order to provide the necessary supplies for the water project, it will be necessary to both upgrade and expand existing U.S. rail lines (including to magnetic levitation), build a new Alaska-Canada rail system, and extend other railways to move the materials that will build the water management systems (canals, dams, lifts, and the like) that will form NAWAPA.
To build this improved rail network will necessitate no less than the reindustrialization of the U.S. Midwest, and provide plenty of work for the 35% of construction workers, engineers, and skilled laborers who are currently unemployed. Indeed, LPAC estimates that it will take a full 5 years to prepare for the full-scale construction phase of NAWAPA.
While dealing, in its concluding sections, with the vast treasure-trove of minerals which will be made available for use through developing the North-Western part of the North American continent, the video sharply contrasts the typical colonialist approach to exploiting so-called natural resources, with the cognitive approach which characterizes actual development and creation of resources, over mankind's history.
