Obama's Newest Executive Order
Declares ‘National Emergency’;
Demand Grows To Get Him Out of Office
July 26, 2011 (EIRNS)—Obama issued an Executive Order on July 25, stating that activities of international organized crime units and their increasing ties with terrorism, constitute a threat to U.S. national security, requiring the declaration "of a national emergency to deal with that threat," and specifically authorizing blocking property of such groups.
If merely interpreted as text, the new Executive Order can read as protective against drug- and gun-running, and criminality. But in the context of the actual threat of a security incident staged for purposes of perpetrating a coup d' etat, the Order constitutes a means for Obama to act as dictator. The required response? Fight crime: Get him out of office, now.
The Executive Order, titled "Blocking Property of Transnational Criminal Organizations," was signed July 24, and went into effect yesterday, when a press briefing was staged by top Administration officials, called "Releasing the Strategy to Combat Transnational Crime." The announcement comes at the time of atocities of terrorism in Norway, and from drug-cartel wars in Mexico and the U.S., and other events. But the shaping of the emergency powers for the new "Strategy" has been done over the last several years, since in 1995 a series of assessments began of TOC—transnational organized crime. Now, under the Fact Sheet released by the White House yesterday, a Tony Blairite goal is stated:
"In the U.S. National Security Strategy, the President committed the Administration to the pursuit of four enduring national interests: security, prosperity, respect for universal values, and the shaping of an interantional order that can meet the challenges of the 21st century..."
The new Obama Executive Order authorizes freezing the property of any group designated as threatening, and prohibits any kind of support by US citizens for them. Some of the organized crime bodies identified in the Annex to the Obama Order, include Los Zetas (Mexico), Camorra (Italy), Yakuza (Japan), and The Brothers' Circle (Eur-Asia).
Here is the opening of the Executive Order from the WhiteHouse.gov website:
"I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, find that the activities of significant transnational criminal organizations, such as those listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Such organizations are becoming increasingly sophisticated and dangerous to the United States; they are increasingly entrenched in the operations of foreign governments and the international financial system, thereby weakening democratic institutions, degrading the rule of law, and undermining economic markets. These organizations facilitate and aggravate violent civil conflicts and increasingly facilitate the activities of other dangerous persons. I therefore determine that significant transnational criminal organizations constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat."
EIR is exploring the obvious implications of this order, given the fact that, as Lyndon LaRouche warned today, the British will go for a "July crisis" to establish a dictatorship over the United States. They have no time left. They will act now.
