South Korea Joins in Egyptian Development Explosion
March 3, 2016 (EIRNS)—Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi is completing his three-country tour in South Korea, after highly productive visits to Kazakhstan and Japan. After his meeting with President Park Geun-hye, the two leaders signed nine memoranda of understanding regarding South Korean participation in building canals and subways in Egypt, among other matters. They said they would make an effort to increase the trade volume between the two countries, which reached US$2.4 billion last year, according to Yonhap.
El-Sisi will be in South Korea for two more days.
