Dec. 27, 2018 (EIRNS)—President Donald Trump spoke by telephone yesterday with Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abd Al-Mahdi during his visit to U.S. troops in northern Iraq. It was originally planned for them to have a meeting. The Iraqi government press agency stated,
