Joe Biden Promotes Fairy Tale That Russia and China Are Out To Rig November Election

July 19, 2020 (EIRNS)—Joe Biden gave strong support July 17 to the false claims pumped up by British intelligence that Russia and China are out to influence and “steal” the November U.S. elections. This is the same lying claim that was made about Russia in the 2016 dodgy dossier by Christopher Steele, former head of MI6’s Russian intelligence desk.

Biden, who as the presumptive Democratic nominee for President is receiving classified U.S. intelligence briefings, told a virtual fundraiser of more than 200 attendees the night of July 17, “We know from before, and I guarantee you I know now, because now I get briefings again. The Russians are still engaged, trying to de-legitimize our electoral process. Fact.” Biden continued, “China and others are engaged as well in activities designed for us to lose confidence in the outcome.”

This statement comes from a Biden who played a critical role in 2014, on behalf of the British Empire forces and the Obama Administration, in working with Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, to overthrow the legitimate government of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, and install, in its place, the government of Arseniy Yatsenyuk and his fellow-followers of the Nazi Stepan Bandera.
