Mark Meadows Expects ‘Indictments, and People Going to Jail’ in Durham Russiagate Investigation

July 21, 2020 (EIRNS)—White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo July 19 that as a result of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s investigation into FBI misconduct in the Russiagate hoax, he expects people will be indicted, and that “damning details” would soon be made public on the extent of FBI malfeasance.

“I think the American people expect indictments—I know I expect indictments based on the evidence I’ve seen,” he said. Meadows praised Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) for getting out the explosive report from Christopher Steele’s sub-source into his “dodgy dossier,” and former FBI agent Peter Strzok’s notes containing exculpatory evidence on Gen. Michael Flynn, adding that “you’re going to see a couple of other documents come out in the coming days that will suggest that not only was the [Trump] campaign spied on, but the FBI did not act appropriately as they were investigating. It’s all starting to unravel, and I tell you, it’s time that people go to jail and people are indicted.”

According to the Washington Examiner, former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, told Newsmax last week that he expects reports to be issued in the near future pointing to early “red flags” warning that the dirty Christopher Steele dossier was inaccurate. “We started to unwind some of these reports, but there are several that still need to come out,” Grenell said. “And these reports will show voices within the intelligence community early on—unheard of voices so far—but voices nonetheless from intelligence career officials saying, ‘This doesn’t stack up. This is not something that we should be relying on.’ ”

The Examiner cites an unnamed former senior intelligence official who reported that the records Senator Graham made public on July 17 were only some of the classified records which Grenell had alluded to, and that he had started the declassification process for the other documents, but there were no guarantees that those other records would be made public.
