Pro-Growth Democrat Rep. Lacy Clay Defeated by BLM Anarchist
Aug. 6, 2020 (EIRNS)—Rep. Lacy Clay, who has served his district in Missouri for ten terms, and together with his father, represented the district since 1969, was defeated in the primary election Tuesday, Aug. 4 by a radical Black Lives Matter activist, Cori Bush. Bush is a member of the “Justice Democrats” taking on mainstream Democrats like Clay all over the country. Like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Bush is a Bernie Sanders supporter, backs the Green New Deal, defunding the police, etc.
Clay, a leader in the Congressional Black Caucus, has been a supporter of the LaRouchePAC campaigns for Glass-Steagall. His father signed for LaRouche’s exoneration in 1990. Lacy introduced a “National Infrastructure Corps Act of 2006” based on FDR’s Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in 2004. These are some of the pro-development and anti-Wall Street Democrats being targeted by the anarchists supporting the insurrection on the streets of America.
