DNI Ratcliffe Declassifies Two Bombshells Exposing the Coup

Oct. 7, 2020 (EIRNS)—Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 6, the Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified two items, political bombshells, which had been cited in an earlier letter he sent to Sen. Lindsey Graham.

First were the handwritten notes written by then-CIA Director John Brennan following his briefing of President Barack Obama in the White House, from July 2016. It is heavily redacted (a few hours after the release of the document President Donald Trump issued a renewed call for the release of all Russiagate documents, adding: “No Redactions!”). The unredacted portion reads: “We’re gaining additional insight into Russian activities from [redacted]. Cite alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on 28 July of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security services.” Then Brennan notes: “POTUS ... Any evidence of collaboration between Trump campaign & Russian [redacted].”

The second document declassified by Ratcliffe was part of a Counterintelligence Operation Lead from the CIA on Sept. 7, 2016 to FBI chief James Comey and Peter Strzok, the infamous member of the witch hunt who displayed in his text messages with his lover his hatred of Trump and his intention to stop him. The document reads: “Per FBI verbal request, CIA provided the below examples of information the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell has gleaned to date.” There was info related to “US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.” (The “fusion cell” was Brennan’s operation from July 2016, involving personnel from CIA, FBI and NSA—possibly the same team that executed the infamous January 2017 document asserting Russian collusion without any evidence.)

Brennan issued a rather hilarious rebuttal on CNN Tuesday: “If, in fact, what the Russians were alleging, that Hillary was trying to highlight the reported connections between Trump and the Russians, if that was accurate—and a big if—there is nothing at all illegal about that,” Brennan said. “John Ratcliffe and others are trying to portray this as unlawful activity that deserves follow-up investigation by the FBI. No. It was a campaign activity.”

I.e., treasonous cooperation with British intelligence to subvert a presidential campaign and later a President of the United States—just ordinary “campaign activity,” says Mr. Brennan.
