Former Obama White House Physician Concerned Biden Lacks ‘Mental Capacity’

Oct. 14, 2020 (EIRNS)—Dr. Ronny Jackson, who served as White House physician to both President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump, from 2013-2018, told Fox News Tuesday night, and also a conference call organized by the Trump campaign earlier Tuesday, that his view is that Joe Biden is unfit to serve as President, that he is suffering cognitive impairment and should be tested. “As a citizen of this country, I watch Joe Biden on the campaign trail and I am concerned that he does not have the mental capacity, the cognitive ability to serve as our commander in chief and head of state,” Jackson said on the call.

Dr. Jackson, who is the Republican candidate for Congress in the 13th Texas CD after winning a runoff in the GOP primary (and is the expected winner), told Fox that Biden “has good days and bad days,” that he often doesn’t know where he is, that he has trouble articulating words. “That’s how it happens,” he pointed out.

Jackson said he has never examined Biden, and was speaking as a citizen, not his physician.
