Biden Clarifies Whether He Will Clarify His View on Court-Packing

He promised to clarify his position before Nov. 3, after seeing how the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett goes. The meaning seems to be: If Barrett is confirmed, he will pursue court-packing.
