Senate To Subpoena Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey
Oct. 16, 2020 (EIRNS)—Following the blocking of the New York Post story on Hunter Biden, Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Josh Hawley (R-MO) said that the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote on Tuesday, Oct. 20, on subpoenaing Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to testify before the committee on Oct. 23. Senator Cruz, who chairs Judiciary’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, said they will ask “why Twitter is abusing their corporate power to silence the press and to cover up allegations of corruption?”
