Sidney Powell Discusses Electronic Vote Manipulation on Fox Business

Nov. 6, 2020 (EIRNS)—Gen. Michael Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell appeared on the Lou Dobbs show on Fox Business Friday night, where she pointed to the potential use of the HAMMER program with its SCORECARD capability to alter the transmission of voting totals. She added that a calculation of the number of additional votes required for a Biden victory was used to guide the vote changes. She pointed to the reported case of a software “glitch” occurring in a Michigan county, pointing to the need to check for such “glitches” throughout the state and indeed throughout the nation. Any certification of election results should wait for such investigations, she concluded.

Powell’s reference to these programs, developed for the CIA by Dennis Montgomery, occurred the day following the Thursday night LaRouchePAC “Fireside Chat” featuring NSA whistleblowers Bill Binney and Kirk Wiebe, who brought up the use of these programs to hack votes within a 3% margin.
