Sidney Powell Files the ‘Kraken,’ a Pair of Anti-Vote Fraud Lawsuits for Georgia and Michigan
Nov. 26, 2020 (EIRNS)—Attorney Sidney Powell filed the “Kraken” in the respective federal courts for Georgia and Michigan near midnight Nov. 25, providing documentation of massive election fraud carried out in those two states in the Nov. 3 Presidential election. Powell published a 104-page complaint document detailing allegations about Georgia, and a 75-page complaint document looking at Michigan. She called for the Nov. 3 election results to be decertified, Trump to be declared the winner, and voting machines to be impounded.
Powell claims in the U.S. District Court in Atlanta that scheme was for “illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States.” It predominantly provides direct testimony by many people.
The suit states that, “Old-fashioned ballot-stuffing” has been “amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software.” Further, “mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia.”
