Censorship Spreads with Banned Words Now Including ‘Stop the Steal’
Jan. 12 , 2021 (EIRNS)—Facebook said on Jan. 11 said that it would remove content containing the phrase “stop the steal” from its services in the lead-up to President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20. This was the name of a movement launched by Roger Stone, which became the slogan for much of the effort to expose the vote fraud. Now Big Brother forbids it.
Also, Twitter on Monday evening, Jan. 11, announced that it has suspended more than 70,000 accounts, which in their wisdom are somehow associated with QAnon. “These accounts were engaged in sharing harmful QAnon-associated content at scale and were primarily dedicated to the propagation of this conspiracy theory across the service,” the company said in a blog post.
Twitter’s stock value sank on Monday by 6% after censoring the President.
