Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp: Woke Is Even Stealing Baseball, Blasts Biden’s Lies

April 3 , 2021 (EIRNS)—Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp blasted the senile, “woke” President Joe Biden for his sick lies about the new Georgia voting law and his illegal call for Major League Baseball to punish Georgia based on those lies, by pulling the All-Star Game and the draft out of Atlanta. Of course, with a government that invades countries based on lies, imposes genocidal sanctions on countries and individuals based on lies, it should come as no surprise that it would use “cancel culture” to discipline its citizens, even against “America’s favorite pastime,” based on lies.

Showing that it’s more than baseball, Coca Cola and Delta Airlines, both headquartered in Atlanta, issued attacks on the new law, claiming they were defending voting rights, but clearly creating a serious economic threat to the entire state.

Kemp directly targeted Biden:

“Today, Major League Baseball caved in to fear, political opportunism, and liberal lies. Georgians—and all Americans—should fully understand what the MLB’s knee-jerk decision means: cancel culture and woke political activists are coming for every aspect of your life, sports included. If the left doesn’t agree with you, facts and the truth do not matter. This attack on our state is the direct result of repeated lies from Joe Biden and Stacey Abrams about a bill that expands access to the ballot box and ensures the integrity of our elections. I will not back down. Georgians will not be bullied. We will continue to stand up for secure, accessible, fair elections. Earlier today, I spoke with the leadership of the Atlanta Braves who informed me they do not support the MLB’s decision.”

Kemp also stated that the voting laws in Biden’s Delaware require an ID!

Donald Trump called for a boycott of Major League Baseball: “Baseball is already losing tremendous numbers of fans, and now they leave Atlanta with their All-Star Game because they are afraid of the radical left Democrats. Boycott baseball and all of the woke companies that are interfering with free and fair elections. Are you listening, Coke, Delta and all?”
