Two More Nations Join French-Led Pro-Nuclear Club
Nov. 9, 2021 (EIRNS)—On the eve of the COP26 conference, the Netherlands and Sweden decided to join the club of 10 pro-nuclear club nations led by France. The club, which is about to extract a substantial concession from the EU Commission to grant nuclear the status of “green” energy in its list of fundable energy sources, also comprised Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, France, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Estonia recently signalled that it would also join the club.
