Anglo-American ‘Breakup Russia’ Operation Prepares To Open Asian Flank
July 28, 2023, 2022 (EIRNS)—The 7th Free Nations Post-Russia Forum will be held in Tokyo on Aug. 1-2, on the theme, “The Day After Tomorrow: Post-Russian Space Foresights: Challenges and Opportunities for East & North Asia.” The mission statement for the Forum spells out the intention to lay the groundwork for the formation of a “Pacific/East Asia security belt,” of new NATO satrapies carved out of a divided-up Russia, which, in turn, would “shackle” China and “create opportunities for a post-PRC time and space.” In other words, break up China. The proposition reads like an Anglo-American scheme to create an Eastern Asian equivalent of the longstanding British strategy to build an “Intermarium” alliance of virulently anti-Russian states between the Baltic and the Black Seas.
The project is advertised as the way to keep all of northern Eurasia from becoming “a battlefield for bandits, private military companies and FSB agents, along with the proliferation of nuclear weapons,” as the result of the assumed imminent and inevitable collapse of the Russian state: “There is only one truly effective alternative: to transform post-Russian space into several dozen independent and free states through controlled, non-violent decolonization of the so-called Russian Federation.... We must actively prepare right now.... The 7th Free Nations PostRussia Forum in Tokyo on Aug. 1-2 is an integral part of this work.”
Attending are leaders of the exiled separatist and terrorist Russian movements, and Anglo-American controllers who set up the “Post-Russia Forum” in May 2022 with the goal of breaking up Russia. They parade as “non-violent,” but the leading speakers from this crowd are such known terrorists as the Russian Ilya Ponomarev, and Akhmed Zakaev, the London-based head of the jihadists who led two Chechen terrorist wars against Russia. The Tokyo confab’s task includes “generating strategies for taking proactive action along with possible scenarios for the collapse of the ‘Russian Federation’ and the emergence of independent states in the northern and eastern Asian regions of PostRussia” (sic).
Operatives from the CIA-linked Jamestown Foundation (a long-time bastion of Zbigniew Brzezinski and his protégés) who are key in guiding this operation, will speak, led by the notorious British-Polish-U.S. hitman Janusz Bugajski, author of the regime-change manual Failed State: A Guide to Russia’s Rupture.
Who finances this operation? Who is sponsoring them in Japan? Who from Japan will actually show up to speak at this show, other than the couple of Japanese professors named?
The FNPRF announced that parliamentarian Wada Yuichiro, (in Ukranian) from the Nippon Ishin (Japanese Innovation) opposition party, will speak. But they also claim that one Suzuki Yohei, (in Ukranian) “Speaker of the House” of the parliament, will be “one of the most respected speakers” at their Forum. One problem: The current Speaker of the House is someone else, nor does any such person appear on the list of former Speakers of the House.
