LaRouche PAC Statement on
Washington Post Campaign Dirty Trick

Oct. 22, 2004 (EIRNS)—The Lyndon LaRouche Political Action Committee issued the following statement today.

The little-read Washington Post Magazine has published a libel against Lyndon LaRouche in the Oct. 24, 2004 edition. It has been known for some time that this libel has been in preparation, and that the initiative for this libel has come out of the Office of Vice President Dick Cheney.

LaRouche asks: Is Cheney desperately afraid that Kerry will win the election? The article was written with a reckless disregard for the truth, which should not come as a surprise, given the Cheney Office initiative of the libel effort.
