LaRouche PAC Takes Initiative
for 'Nuclear NAWAPA'
Aug. 22, 2013 (EIRNS)—Over the coming days, LaRouche PAC will be featuring an expanded policy proposal for the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA), under the title "A Nuclear-Thermonuclear NAWAPA XXI." While elaborating on the need to upgrade the NAWAPA proposal with the use of nuclear power, this perspective will include the expansion of the huge water-management project beyond the North American continent, into the Pacific Basin, including the Arctic, the Bering Strait, and the Pacific Coast of Asia.
"You must adopt that mission," stated Lyndon LaRouche in a recent discussion of the proposal. It will be the umbrella for the global economic revival that must be ushered in by the adoption of Glass-Steagall, and a national credit system, in the immediate period ahead.
